das in der Praxis eines Radiologen in Seattle (Anfang der 1960er Jahre) stand.
The most beautiful model of a 4-4-0 American that R. Leuven ever saw
was a brass model built in a large scale
that stood in the office of a radiologist in Seattle (early 1960s).

wurde so berühmt wie die klassische nordamerikanische "American",
die in Kanada und in den USA half,
die transkontinentalen Eisenbahnstrecken zu bauen.
Steam locomotives of the 4-4-0 wheel arrangement were once
in operation worldwide for many railroad companies.
But not one of these many locomotive classes
gained as much fame as the classic North American "American"
that in Canada and in the USA
helped to build the transcontinental railroad lines.
