(Thoughts about an article in a Cologne newspaper about the fact that a state politician - the North Rhine Westphalian Minister for Education - used taxpayers' money to finance lessons by trainers for "personal performance coaching", intended to improve the minister's public image/performance/appearance. - Wonderful material for work-motifs dealing with bureaucracy, - always assuming that ministers are heads of bureaucraticized institutions.)
